INFORMATION: One of the nagas in the endless conflict between good and evil, he poisoned the fresh water with his venom. The young Krsna revived all the life which had drunk from it and then almost destroyed Kaliya before taking the snake as one of his followers. By tradition he lives in depths of the river Yamuna.
